Heads up about this fraudulent site! They’re a bunch of scammers based in India, peddling non-existent products. I made a purchase and tried chatting with them multiple times to check on my order, but they just kept stalling for no good reason. Eventually, I called their so-called USA toll number, which I found out is just a front, as the calls get redirected to India. They’re total con artists, so steer clear and don’t fall for their tricks. It’s all a big sham, plain and simple.

Completely unacceptable experience. I made a buy on January 25, 2022, and it never showed up. I sent an email but got no response, so I figured it was a scam. Just today, I stumbled upon the email that confirmed my order, so I decided to give it one more shot. I found a live chat feature on their site that I hadn’t noticed before. The agent verified my order and details but mentioned they couldn’t tell if I had been refunded and that it was my fault for waiting a whole year. The same excuse kept coming up... it’s been a year. Seems like this company thinks they can just ignore customer service after a short while. So, in the end, no product, no refund, no accountability, and definitely no honesty. The agent just cut off the live chat. Not a reliable company to deal with.

Claims to operate a UK store, but actually ships from the USA, meaning your orders can take ages to get to you. Not worth it if you're in the UK, so just skip it.

I kept getting an error message telling me to reset my password. I must've tried at least six times, but each time their system claimed I didn’t respond in time. Feels like I had only two seconds! I also tried calling and texting, but no one replied to my message, and all I got when I called was a voicemail that was never returned. They took my cash, and I want it back. I really can’t figure out why there are so many bad reviews. My order arrived roughly a week and a half after it was shipped (being in Canada, it takes a bit longer). No problems at all. The bandaids actually stick well (unlike the ones I got from the store), so I’d definitely suggest giving them a try! Just one thing that bugs me is that when I visit the website, it warns against using it because it’s unsafe. I wish the company would sort that out.

Wow! I’m shocked by all the negative feedback. We’ve placed orders with them on two occasions. Each time, they sent exactly what we requested in no time at all, and the prices were unbelievably low. If they keep up these fantastic prices and speedy delivery, we’ll keep coming back for more. They’ve done an awesome job for us on both orders.

I made a purchase totaling £49.83, which included an £11.91 shipping cost, and drugsupplystore.com quickly deducted the amount from my account. However, they then went ahead and canceled most of my order, leaving me with just £7.96 worth of items and an £11.24 delivery fee, all without any heads-up. They refunded me £30.63 after the fact. When I reached out to find out what was happening, they told me that a lot of my items were out of stock. I insisted they cancel the whole order since I wasn’t about to pay £11.24 for just £8.96 worth of stuff. They said that wasn’t an option because they had already shipped my incomplete order without my approval. I feel like it’s a breach of contract to take payment for items that aren’t available and then send out a partial order without my agreement. After checking out other reviews, it’s clear this company is a bunch of fraudulent scammers and really ought to be shut down.

I was straight-up called a Karen for saying I’d reach out to the BBB to get my cash back since the item I ordered never showed up. They even said, "lol good for you karen".
